How it Works

All goods are shipped on a next day delivery service (next day delivery is defined as the next working day and may be delivered up to 6pm. ie, Friday orders will be delivered on Monday).

In most cases, where products are in stock, orders received prior to 12pm will be shipped the same day. Where stock is held at our suppliers shipping may take an extra few days.

Delivery is to mainland UK only.

Oversized orders will have to be placed on a pallet. This will incur an additional fee.

A valid signature will be required on delivery of the goods. You must inspect all goods before signing for receipt of delivery. Failure to do so may invalidate any carriage or future warranty claim you make. You cannot sign for receipt of the goods as "unchecked" or "unexamined". If there are any signs of damage to the consignment, then you must sign for it as "damaged" or, alternatively, you can refuse delivery. You must notify us immediately if you receive or refuse delivery of goods which have been damaged in transit. Failure to do so may invalidate any carriage or future warranty claim you make.

You must do all that you reasonably can to enable delivery to take place at the agreed time and place. If delivery fails due to any fault of yours (for example, wrong delivery instructions), you may have to cover any costs to re-deliver. If we are unable to contact you to arrange re-delivery, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

Delivery to job sites are done so at your own risk. We are not liable for deliveries made to job sites where proper courier instructions are not provided.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to cancel your order or return unwanted or faulty goods, please follow the procedures below.

Order Cancellation

Before Despatch

If you wish to cancel your order and you have not yet received an email from us confirming that your order has been despatched; we will cancel your order. please email

You have the right to your return the goods you have ordered by giving us notice of cancellation within 14 days of the date you received delivery of the goods. The return of the goods is at your own cost

You will lose your right to cancel once the 14 day cancellation period expires. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty or incorrect

We will always try to ensure that the correct item(s) is delivered to you however, we are only human and occasionally a mistake can happen.

Should we supply any incorrect item(s), please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 01452 527885 or through emailing

We will then arrange to pick up the item(s) at the same time as giving you a correct replacement, depending on what time of the day you contact us, we will endeavour to make this happen the next day.

Faulty Goods

If you notify us of a fault with the goods within 30 days of the delivery or collection date, you have the right to reject the goods and receive a full refund (once it has been established that the goods are genuinely faulty). Alternatively, we are happy to replace the goods if you prefer.

If you notify us of a fault with the goods after 30 days of the delivery or collection date and up to 6 months after, we will (at our discretion) offer a repair or replacement of the goods. If the goods are to be repaired and the manufacturer has provided a helpline, repair service or warranty; we may ask you to make direct contact with the manufacturer. If there is no such service or warranty with the goods, we will (at our discretion) offer a repair or replacement of the goods.


For order cancellations where you have received the goods; you must return them to us in a resalable condition in their original packaging with all components within 14 days of the date of cancellation at your cost.

In order to process your return, we need you to provide the following information in the package along with the goods:

  • Your name

  • Your telephone number and email address

  • Your order number or invoice number

  • The reason why you are returning the goods, for example, they are faulty

Please note that if you do not provide this information then we may not be able to process your return.

We strongly recommend that you use a reputable delivery service, get a receipt for the consignment and properly package all items to keep them protected whilst shipping.

If goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will cover the delivery costs and we will choose the delivery method.



About Our Policy

We only stock the very best items from our professional suppliers however, occasionally an item may be received that has a fault or has been damaged in transit.

If upon receipt of any item(s) that seems to have a fault or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on 01452 527885 or through email by filling out the form on the Contact Us page

We will then arrange for the item(s) to be picked up for inspection. After inspection and once we are satisfied that there is a fault, we will either replace the item(s) or arrange for a full refund of the item(s) and any carriage costs incurred.

Should your item(s) become faulty within 30 days of receipt, we will collect the item(s) for inspection and then if found to be faulty we will replace the item(s) or refund you in full.

It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging please sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
